Ranch rules: the terms of use

1. Who owns the ranch

These terms govern your use of chuckwagonranch.com ("Chuckwagon Ranch", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of chuckwagonranch.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may ride through the gate

Only users aged 19 or over may use Chuckwagon Ranch. Using the site confirms that you are 19 or over.

3. Ranch coins and their worth

  • Every game is played with virtual coins, given out at no charge.
  • Ranch coins hold no monetary value, and they are not money, credit or property of any kind.
  • Ranch coins can never be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and the ranch has no in-app purchases.
  • The ranch offers no prize of real-world value.
  • We can adjust or reset ranch coins, levels and features at any time.

4. Real-money gambling stays off the ranch

No real-money gambling is offered or promoted by Chuckwagon Ranch, and the ranch keeps no links to gambling operators.

5. Your ranch brand

  • Hayloft Roundup and Foothill Griddle open with a free account. Keep to one account per person and do not share it.
  • Do not tell anyone your password. If somebody else has used your account, tell us immediately.
  • You may delete your account from your account page whenever you wish. It happens straight away and cannot be reversed.
  • An account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe belongs to someone under 19, may be suspended.
  • Ranch coins, levels and missions go with the ranch brand, belong to no one as property and can be reset.

6. Conduct at the corral

Never try to disrupt the site or run automated tools against it, never offer to trade coins, and never let anyone under 19 use it.

7. Open hours, changes and liability

The site comes ‘as is’, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms leave untouched any liability that the law forbids us to limit, and your statutory rights stay as they are.

8. The law that governs the ranch

These terms are subject to the laws of Ontario and to the federal laws of Canada in force there.
